Barry Al-Fayed (Adam Rayner) married to an American Molly (Jennifer Finnigan), lives with her and their two teenage children in Pasadena, where the pediatrician. The last 20 years he has tried to forget that he Bassam Al-Fayed - the second son of the dictator Abbudina Khaled Al-Fayed and his beloved wife Amira (Alice Krige). Voluntarily chose exile Barry convinced to fly home for the wedding of his nephew - Ahmed (Cameron Gharaee), the son of his older brother, Jamal (Ashraf Barham). Jamal becomes the victim of an assassination attempt. He survived, but is not able to run the country. Barry reMains in the country, to the displeasure of some political forces. Bride Ahmed Nusrat (Sibylla Deen) is kidnapped by terrorists. New evidence in the case of the assassination attempt leads to a quarrel between brothers. It is approaching the twentieth anniversary of the day when their father organized a chemical attack, and Barry is trying to prevent the escalation of the conflict. Jamal tries to recover as soon as possible after the attack.
